Payment and Tax :

2.Product being shipped outside of Australia will incur import duties taxes and charges etc.Those fees are not covered by either price or shipping charges of product,and are responsibility of recipient.
3.The order will be cancelled beyond 7 business days on unpaid station.
Shipping :

1.We will ship the item in same business day if payment cleared before 4:00pm Adelaide time. The shipping time of the following sometimes maybe a little longer due to custom problems,holidays or something uncertain reasons.
2. We ship your parcel worldwide as gift.
3. Please make sure your shipping address is the right one.
4. The package are safe with tracking number. Please don't forget to go to post office to pick it up if the parcel is not left at your address. Thank you.
Return :
• Customer has 7 days to inspect/install the product upon delivery. Please report any damage or dead-on-arrival (DOA) during the period.
• Regardless reason, customer may return product during a period as specified below, for a refund of purchase price less 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges in all cases.
• Customer may exchange for same exact product within 30-day, when it is determined defects. When exchanging for a different product, customer is considered to conduct two separate transactions, a return and a purchase.
• Customer please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping product back, and is responsible for any shipping charges to ship the product back. Any return/exchange without RMA may be rejected. Please follow instructions in RMA to pack the product or it may be rejected.
